  • Company: HoskBrew (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a business based in Wyoming, USA, offering the sale of video game consoles, vintage video games, and repair services for game consoles, along with other related products and services.
  • International Sales: We accept orders from customers worldwide. By purchasing from HoskBrew, you acknowledge that you are compliant with the import/export laws and regulations of your respective country.

2. Product Sales

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products or services that we offer.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Warranty: HoskBrew offers a Limited Warranty for pre-owned video game consoles purchased directly from HoskBrew. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications. The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. For warranty claims, please contact us at support@hoskbrew.com. Any defects covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced at HoskBrew's discretion.

3. Repairs

  • Repair Services: We offer repairs for video game consoles. Upon submission for repair, you acknowledge that HoskBrew will not be liable for any data loss, device malfunctions, or accidental further damage to the console or accessories.
  • Repair Warranty: Repairs are covered by a warranty for a period of 90 days from the completion of the repair. This warranty covers the specific repair work done and not the overall condition of the console.
  • Acknowledgment of Risks: By submitting a device for repair, you acknowledge the risks involved, including the possibility of further damage, data loss, or the device being beyond repair. HoskBrew is not liable for these risks.

4. Liability Limitations

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoskBrew and its employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the products purchased, or services rendered.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoskBrew, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
