Limited Warranty for Pre-Owned Video Game Consoles

Warranty Coverage:

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the pre-owned video game console purchased directly from HoskBrew and used under normal conditions.


Warranty Period:

This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required for warranty claims.


What This Warranty Covers:

During the warranty period, HoskBrew will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the console if it is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship. If a replacement is not available, HoskBrew may issue a refund equal to the purchase price.


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  3. Damage caused by power surges, liquid spills, or improper storage.
  4. Consumable parts, such as batteries or cables, unless the failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  5. Software or compatibility issues with games or accessories.
  6. Damage caused by the use of third-party accessories not sold or approved by HoskBrew.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our Customer Support team at support@hoskbrew.com within the warranty period. Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
  • A detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if applicable.

You will be responsible for shipping the product to our repair center. If the claim is approved, HoskBrew will cover return shipping costs.


Remedies:

If your warranty claim is approved, HoskBrew will:

  1. Repair the product at no cost to you.
  2. Replace the product with a pre-owned unit of equal or greater functionality.
  3. Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

  • This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • HoskBrew disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
  • In no event shall HoskBrew be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

State-Specific Rights:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.


Governing Law:

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
