  • Physical copy Duration 30 days from time of purchase. Coverage Only defects like a damaged disc or malfunctioning cartridge. Exclusions: No coverage for wear and tear or damage caused by misuse (scratches, extreme temperature exposure, etc.).
  • Downloaded Game: Duration 15 days from time of download. Coverage Only covers Issues related to issues during the downloading process.

Parts

  • Duration: Parts 30 days from the time of receiving the item. Coverage: Manufacturing defects or malfunctioning parts. Exclusions: Misuse, installation errors, or parts that were installed improperly.

Accessories

  • Duration: 90 days from time of purchase. Coverage: Manufacturing defects or broken components. Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, wear and tear from usage, or misuse.
